Conn 10M Tenor Saxophone (1969)
Conn 10M Tenor Saxophone. This is a later model 10M and these were still made in Elkhart. Serial number M97937 dates this saxophone to 1969. Overall, nice condition. Original lacquer on body is around 98% with nickel plated keywork. There are no repairs. There are a few very small dings. This model features a double socket neck with underslung octave key. The pads with plastic dome resonators are in excellent condition. Non-original case is in good condition. While this saxophone was made well after Conn's prime, these are among the best values on the market. Lots of horn for the money. Huge Conn tone for a fraction of the price of a 1940s 10M.
