This is a Customized Vandoren V16 Tenor Saxophone Mouthpieces.  Modified by Erik Greiffenhagen.  Erik made the chamber larger and this piece has a fairly long clam-shell style baffle...similar to an Early Babbitt Link.  Tip opening measures .110.  Excellent condition.
