This is a custom-made mouthpiece by Erik Greiffenhagen.  Using a Vandoren V16 as a blank, Erik opened up the chamber, added a medium length clam-shell baffle and faced it to .118.  Along the lines of an Early Babbitt Link with a bit more baffle.  Nice mouthpiece and excellent condition.
