This is an older Otto Link New York Series Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece.  It is from the estate of a local player who frequented Ralph Morgan's workshop.  It is marked, 9 and the tip opening measures .120.  The facing and baffle area have been worked / perfected and most likely by Ralph.  Excellent condition.  Includes original ligature, cap and box.
