This is a refaced / perfected Otto Link Super Tone Master Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece.  It is not marked, but I'm going to guess it was done by John Reilly.  Originally, it was a 6* and has been opened to .110.  There is a bit of wear from teeth, but excellent playing condition.
