Otto Link Vintage Series Tone Edge Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece.  Marked, 7 and tip opening measures .100.  Excellent, near-new condition.  Includes original box.  There is a star stamped below the U.S.A. mark on the shank and a red star on the bottom of the box.  I do not know what this star stamp signifies.
