Runyon Custom Soprano Saxophone Mouthpiece by Morgan Mouthpiece Company

The Runyon Mouthpiece Company went out of business around 2019.  The Morgan Mouthpiece Company recently acquired a bunch of older raw Runyon soprano mouthpiece blanks.  Runyon used these blanks to make the Couf and Custom Model Soprano Saxophone Mouthpieces.  These models were made famous by Grover Washington Jr, Dave Koz, and others.

The craftsmen at the Morgan Company are hand-finishing these blanks and they are quite possibly the best Runyon Soprano Mouthpieces ever made.  These will be offered in the original Runyon tip openings (4 .047, 5 .051, 6 .055, 7 .059, 8 .067, 9 .074).  Other openings are available upon request.  These are available in four colors: Black, Blue, Red and Amber.  Rovner ligature and cap are included.

Due to the number of color and tip opening combinations, allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Note:  These blanks were made by the Runyon Company and have been in storage for years.  Since no more of these blanks will be made, the Morgan Company is not rejecting any blanks with cosmetic flaws, so these may have a minor scratch, scuff, molding mark, etc. but nothing that affects how the mouthpiece plays.
