Vintage Berg Larsen Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece.  Marked 100 0 M and tip opening measures true at .100.  Looks like the table / facing may have been cleaned up by a refacer at some point.  The table looks like it had the denim machine marks and the M is slightly offset.  Some wear from teeth in the bite plate.
