Ponzol Custom Alto Saxophone Mouthpiece.  The Custom Model is essentially the same as the Stainless Model, but made with Delrin so it feels a lot more like a rubber mouthpiece for those that do not like metal.  Tip opening measures .085.  This one is in excellent, near new condition.  Included is an older Rovner ligature.
