Martin Handcraft Committee II Tenor Saxophone
Martin Handcraft Committee II Tenor Saxophone. Serial number 134155 dates this saxophone to 1939. Non-original lacquer, but possibly an old factory overhaul. Lacquer finish is around 98%. The keywork is solid nickel. Standing lion engraving. Structurally, this horn is in very good condition. There are no repairs and only very tiny dings...you have to look to find them. Nice playing condition. The pads are not new but are in good to excellent condition. This horn has been maintained through the years. Martin case is not as old as the horn...the case is probably 1950s and is in good usable condition. These are really nice playing top quality horns and lots of horn for the money.
