Vintage Berg Larsen Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece.  This one was opened and perfected by Doc Tenney.  It has a wide-body, offset M, with denim marks on the table.  Originally, 100 2 M is was opened to .110 and marked, 110-2-CF by Doc.  Also marked, "3K20" by Doc.  Some wear, but still excellent playing condition.
