Vintage Dave Guardala Michael Brecker (MB I) Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece.  The table / facing was cleaned up by Jimmy Jensen, but it does retain the original facing and tip opening measures .115.  Hard to read, but looks like the serial number is 6971.  Excellent playing condition.
